Terms of Service and Policies


Payment

I accept payment by PayPal. They’re everywhere and easy to use. You can purchase with or without setting up a PayPal account. The security of your account numbers and all information is assured by them.

All sessions are to be paid for in advance.

All prices and payments are in US Dollars. Go to http://www.xe.com/ucc for current conversion rates.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on session availability. Available days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Initial appointments are set up by e-mail and follow-up sessions are scheduled at the end of each call, if appropriate. E-mails be sent and answered between the same business hours. Because of my schedule of clients, e-mails may take a bit to be returned. And on occasion, email messages and voice mail messages do get lost; so please feel free to get back in touch if I have not contacted you within a couple of days.

In the event I need to cancel a scheduled appointment, I will contact you by phone as soon as possible to reschedule.

I reserve the right to decline scheduling any appointment(s) that I feel will not be beneficial. If you have pre-paid for a session(s) and I determine that future sessions will not be of value, I will contact you and fully refund your money.

I will cover the telephone costs if you are within North America. If you are in another area, please e-mail me so we can work out an arrangement suitable to us both.


Refunds
 
There are no refunds on single sessions. Refunds on subsequent sessions will only be for any unused portion of a package of sessions. The appointments kept will be charged at the regular rate and the remainder refunded. (In other words, if you have purchased a block of 3 sessions and only use two, the sessions we did will be charged at $65 and you will be given a refund of $65.) If you request a refund for sessions, further appointments will either be canceled or not scheduled.

This is the stated policy. If you need a refund because of “extenuating circumstances”, please contact me and we’ll work it out.


Privacy Policy

My privacy policy is simple – I will never, ever share your name or other information in any way. That includes selling it, renting it, giving it away, or whispering it in my sleep. I promise.

What happens during our sessions is totally private. Any notes I take during the session are for my eyes only and are promptly shredded at the end of our call. I do not tape the session, but you are welcome to. Any and all information you provide is used strictly for the purpose of making our sessions together as easy and beneficial as possible.

Security

As I said, all of the financial transactions are done through PayPal and incorporate the latest in security and anti-fraud protection.
