The reasons why homes don't sell are actually quite simple, but to overcome them requires an awareness of the subtle energy patterns that are keeping the property in its “stuck” position. Staging, painting, lighting, etc. can all help, but that usually isn’t enough. The fundamental block to the sale needs to be addressed and eliminated by getting to the root of the problem.

I've found the main reasons to be -

1. The current owner has an attachment to the house. He or she may not really want to sell the house, but feels s/he must due to divorce, financial challenges, etc. Changing the pattern(s) shifts the person’s “field” and enables them to let go of the house and allow the sale.

2. “Stuck” energies in the form of "ghosts," old thought patterns, and heavy, dark, negative thought-form energies. The energy of a previous owner that may be living there in Spirit can often prevent the sale of the home – or “allow” only a specific buyer. Sometimes the sale falls through for no apparent reason because of these energies. Releasing them from the house frees it for sale.

3. When a home has been remodeled, the “soul” of the building can be fragmented and chaos often follows. By connecting with the Spirit of the house and soothing the energies, the less-than-beneficial effects of "unaware" construction can be neutralized.
